How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery usually takes place within 7 to 21 days of your full payment for normal, online orders. If you have ordered under the school tab, the delivery will be made to the school on the scheduled collection date supplied by the school and communicated to parents.

Does the price include VAT?

VAT is included in our prices.

Does the order include delivery?

Our prices exclude delivery charges. Your order confirmation will include a delivery fee that Clickify calculates based on the weight of the products and your address.

Can we collect from the warehouse?

You may choose to collect the goods from our premises at your expense. In this case, no delivery fee will be charged. If you have not selected warehouse collection at checkout, contact our sales team and make arrangements for the change. Email

Can I return a product that I no longer want?

You are entitled to cancel any purchase made with Clickify within 7 days of your receiving the product. You must, at your expense, return the product to us in the condition you received it. On receipt of the product, Clickify will refund you for those products. For bulk, school orders, we will have an arrangement with your school for a limited time period for returns.

What happens if the product is damaged during delivery?

When you receive products from Clickify, you must inspect them immediately. If you find them damaged in transit, you must report this to us within 48 hours. If only reported after 48 hours, it is reasonable for Clickify or its suppliers to determine that the damage was caused post-delivery. Return the product to us in the condition you received it. On receipt of the products, Clickify will refund you for those products and your reasonable costs incurred in transporting the goods to us.

If a product is discontinued will I receive a refund?

Should Clickify be unable to fulfil any part of an Order placed by you, Clickify will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of monies you have paid for that portion of the Order.

Do you carry stock of all items?

Unfortunately we do not keep stock of everything on our website but we order it in as we need to.
